At Charbroil®, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
